I hold a master's degree in philosophy from U.C., Santa Barbara. I don't expect to make another attempt at a Ph.D., but that doesn't keep me from thinking about it. I also don't have the patience or self-marketing skills to deal with the academic job market, so you'll find me working for the state of California.
